The Executive Assistant provides high-level administrative support to senior executives, ensuring efficient operation of the office and seamless execution of strategic initiatives within the organization

How you’ll make an impact

  • Manage complex calendars, scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements with strong attention to detail.

  • Prepare and edit correspondence, presentations, reports, and other documents, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and alignment with company branding.

  • Organize and coordinate internal and external meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and tracking action items.

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, managing inquiries, calls, and visitors professionally.

  • Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain a high level of professionalism at all times.

  • Process expense reports, invoices, and financial documentation accurately and promptly.

  • Support special projects and initiatives, conducting research and compiling data when required.

  • Maintain organized physical and digital filing systems to ensure efficient document retrieval.

  • Anticipate executive needs and proactively identify and resolve potential issues.

  • Coordinate office supplies, equipment maintenance, and administrative tasks to ensure smooth daily operations.

  • You will be responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

Your Background

  • Minimum 5+ years of progressive experience as an Executive Assistant supporting C‑suite executives or senior leaders in a fast‑paced corporate environment.

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Communications, or a related field preferred.

  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant productivity tools.

  • Exceptional organizational and time‑management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines effectively.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong command of grammar and clarity.

  • Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment and discretion.

  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and communicate effectively across diverse stakeholders.

  • Proactive, self‑motivated, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.

  • Experience with travel coordination and expense management systems is highly desirable.

  • Strong problem‑solving skills and meticulous attention to detail.
