Internship in Process Engineering (warranty) 80 - 100% (f/m/d)

The opportunity

How you’ll make an impact

  • Analyse and document new logistic processes for customer support team

  • Define Field technicians tooling management system and deploy it in the field

  • Support the implementation of 5S organization in the warranty workshop

  • Identify Carnet ATA system requirements and propose an efficient solution for the activity

  • Establish lesson learnt and deploy for similar activities (e.g. tools submitted to calibration)

  • Draft and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Activity Based Risk Analysis (ABRAs)

  • Identify bottlenecks and process improvement opportunities

  • Prepare technical reports and presentations on project progress and results

Your background

  • Enrolled in Master or Bachelor (advanced technician) in process, industrial, or mechanical engineering

  • Knowledge of process engineering fundamentals Experience with CAD tools such as Creo

  • Proficiency in office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) is essential, knowledge of continuous improvement tools (Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, PFMEA) is a plus

  • Proficiency in French and English, written and spoken

  • Strong analytical and synthesis skills with excellent attention to detail, proactive and autonomy

  • Effective team communicator who shows technical curiosity, and adapts well to dynamic industrial environments
