General Sales & Marketing Senior Professional

How you'll make an impact

  • Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to drive revenue growth.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities and strategic partnerships.
  • Manage key client relationships and ensure high customer satisfaction.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to spot new opportunities.
  • Collaborate with engineering and product teams to align commercial efforts.
  • Prepare and present compelling proposals to clients and senior stakeholders.
  • Negotiate complex contracts with favorable outcomes.
  • Represent the company at industry events and trade shows.
  • Monitor sales performance and implement improvement actions.
  • Mentor junior sales professionals to build a high-performing team.
  • Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures and guidelines.
     

Your background

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in sales and marketing in a relevant industry.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets consistently.
  • Experience in strategic planning, market analysis, and new business development.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools such as Salesforce.
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.
