How you’ll make an impact
1. You will continuously monitor logistics operational KPIs, including logistics costs, book-to-physical inventory accuracy, packaging and shipment quality, delivery performance, and contractor KPI performance.
2. You will collect, cleanse, and analyze logistics business data covering transportation, warehousing, shipment, and reconciliation, to identify anomalies and emerging risk trends.
3. You will be responsible for logistics-related SAP applications, standardizing and optimizing operating procedures and resolving SAP application issues.
4. You will produce logistics operational analysis reports and visualization dashboards to support monthly/quarterly operational reviews, contractor management, and continuous improvement.
5. You will streamline and optimize logistics data processing workflows to reduce manual operations and improve data efficiency and accuracy.
6. You will be responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

Your background
1. You hold a bachelor's degree or above, majoring in Logistics, Computer Science, Information Management, or related fields.
2. At least 3 years of relevant working experience; familiar with logistics transportation and warehousing processes. Experience in reconciliation, reporting, and SAP is preferred.
3. Proficient in using Excel Macros / VBA / Power Query to improve data processing efficiency.
4. Able to use tools such as Power BI for logistics operational data visualization and analysis.
5. Strong communication and coordination skills, good logical thinking, and the ability to enhance work efficiency through digital tools with strong learning ability.
6. Possess a high sense of responsibility and self-motivation, able to work independently and achieve goals under pressure.
7. Have fluent English communication skills.
