The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead a major factory extension and site transformation initiative. This role is responsible for the end-to-end delivery of a new building construction, production layout redesign, technology installation, and the implementation of organizational and operational changes across the site. The Project Manager will ensure delivery on time, within budget, and in full compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory requirements.

How you’ll make an impact:

Project Leadership & Execution

  • Lead the end-to-end planning and execution of the factory extension and site transformation project. Define and drive the project execution strategy, governance, and delivery model.
  • Lead the project team and coordinate internal and external resources to achieve all project objectives. Oversee project handover, ensuring readiness for operations and formal project closure.

Construction & CAPEX Management

  • Manage all construction activities, including contractors, schedules, budgets, and quality. Monitor and control project financials, including costs, expenses, invoicing, and cash flow.
  • Support procurement of services, materials, and equipment, including negotiations, variations, claims, and change management.

Operations & Readiness

  • Coordinate production layout redesign, equipment relocation, installation, and commissioning. Ensure production readiness and operational ramp-up aligned with business requirements.
  • Drive organizational and operational changes required to support the transformed site.

Stakeholder & Cross-Functional Coordination

  • Act as the primary interface between Engineering, Operations, EHS, HR, and external partners.
  • Communicate progress, risks, and milestones clearly to all stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle. Support change management and ensure teams are guided through transitions effectively.

Risk, Safety & Compliance

  • Identify, qualify, quantify, and manage project risks and opportunities. Ensure full compliance with EHS, quality, and regulatory standards.
  • Drive formal project acceptance, contract closeout, and customer acknowledgment upon completion.

Your background:

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a technical field (Engineering or equivalent);
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in industrial construction, factory expansion, or major CAPEX projects;
  • Strong project management capability (PMP, PRINCE2 or equivalent certification is a plus);
  • Proven experience working with cross-functional teams and external contractors;
  • Strong ability to manage change and support teams through complex transformations;
  • Excellent command in English is essential, both written and spoken;
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
