How you’ll make an impact
1. You will be responsible for assisting in talent acquisition, data collection and analysis for talent mapping, cold-call target candidates (summer interns).
2. You will be responsible for file management and Office support, clearing up archives on Talent management and helping to build up new shared folders. Etc.
3. You will be responsible for other tasks assigned by the supervisor.
4. You will be responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.
5. Living Hitachi Energy’s core values of safety and integrity, which means taking responsibility for your own actions while caring for your colleagues and the business.
Your background
1. You hold a bachelor’s degree or above, a major in Computer sciences is preferred.
2. HR Intern experience is preferred.
3. Able to work at least 3 days per week.
4. Benefits: Salary: RMB 240Day, Shuttle bus.
5. Strong interpersonal skills and good communication skills and quick learner.
6. Proficiency in both spoken & and written English language is required.
