How you’ll make an impact

  • You will process sales orders, manage customer accounts, and update customer information.

  • You will support the sales team in preparing for customer meetings, trade shows, and other sales-related events.

  • You will manage and prioritize multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.

  • You will be responsible for ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

  • Living Hitachi Energy’s core values safety and integrity, which means taking responsibility for your own actions while caring for your colleagues and the business.


Your background

  • You hold a bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field.

  • Over 5 years of experience in sales support, administrative, preferably within a similar industry.

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Proactive problem-solver with a customer-focused attitude.

  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work under pressure.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
