How you’ll make an impact
1. You will manage the end-to-end lifecycle of NAS-related IT services, from design and deployment to operation and continuous improvement also lead and mentor a team of IT professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
2. You will develop and implement service level agreements (SLAs) and operational level agreements (OLAs) for NAS services, monitoring performance against these targets.
3. You will oversee incident, problem, and change management processes for NAS infrastructure, ensuring timely resolution and minimal disruption also collaborate with global IT teams, vendors, and business stakeholders to understand requirements, plan capacity, and implement new NAS solutions.
4. You will manage budgets, resources, and projects related to NAS service delivery, ensure compliance with corporate IT policies, security standards, and regulatory requirements.
5. You will prepare and present regular reports on NAS service performance, availability, and key metrics to senior management and identify opportunities for process automation, optimization, and cost reduction within NAS service operations.
6. You will be responsible for ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

Your background
1. You hold a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
2. Minimum of 7 years of experience in IT service delivery, with at least 3 years in a management or leadership role.
3. Proven expertise in Network Attached Storage (NAS) technologies, including NetApp, Dell EMC, or similar platforms.
4. Strong understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM) frameworks, such as ITIL, and practical experience in implementing them.
5. Experience with cloud storage solutions (e.g., Azure Files, AWS FSx) is a plus.
6. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, demonstrated ability to manage complex projects and cross-functional teams.
7. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, certifications such as ITIL Foundation, PMP, or relevant storage vendor certifications are highly desirable.
