Realizing the value of your data: Using AI to manage grid complexity and improve reliability

How data empowers workforce teams and improves reliability

How do you make use of all your data? We’ll focus on one of the biggest data challenges and opportunities facing utilities: using data to empower maintenance workforce capabilities and improve overall asset reliability. Mounting demands on workforce teams across engineering, construction, field crews, and maintenance is a common issue due to increasing storm and weather events and a rise in engineering and construction activity for building new grid infrastructure.

In this session, you’ll learn:

  • To overcome team challenges using business process and decision automation technologies.
  • How Evergy, an American investor-owned utility in Kansas, uses Intelligent Infrastructure Monitoring to analyze data and improve operational efficiency.
  • Actionable insights on directing your workforce teams to target and prioritize resources, allowing you to do more with less.
  • How to use AI to manage grid complexity and improve reliability.
