In this role, you’ll take charge of exciting manufacturing projects from start to finish—working with cross-functional teams, optimizing processes, and driving quality and efficiency. How You’ll Make an Impact

  • Lead manufacturing projects from concept through completion.

  • Coordinate with design, production, quality, and supply chain teams.

  • Develop project schedules and manage timelines and budgets.

  • Identify and implement process improvements to boost efficiency.

  • Support automation and technology upgrades in production.

  • Collaborate on quality assurance and compliance initiatives.

  • Drive continuous improvement using Lean and Six Sigma tools.

  • Manage capital equipment investments and commissioning.

Your Background

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing, or related).

  • Authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

  • Experience in manufacturing project management.

  • Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing and quality control.

  • Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.

  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
