Team Leader Planning and Order Handling

The Opportunity

Efficiently managing a team of skilled demand and master schedule planners and pursuing the execution of  performance objectives, such as timely delivered customer orders, balanced production schedule and planned  revenues.
 

How you’ll make an impact:

  • By daily management meetings with procurement and production regarding material availability, production schedules and project execution status;
  • Participating in regular conference calls with customers, related to planned projects in the factory;
  • Working to achieve 100% on-time delivery and maximum customer satisfaction;
  • Collecting and analyzing  data related to the master schedule;
  • Ensuring timely production and project delivery by liaising with other supporting functions such as procurement and warehouse;
  • Develop and improve processes related to the demand/production planning functions;
  • Facilitating an efficient working process and a pro-active collaboration level.

Your background:

  • Education – Bachelor’s degree. Technical field is an advantage;
  • Experience in production and technological processes – minimum 1 year;
  • Knowledge of English language – written and spoken;
  • Knowledge and experience in working with MS Office, working with ERP/SAP systems is an advantage;
  • Very good communication and analytical skills;
  • Proactive approach and problem solving attitude.
