How You’ll Make an Impact

  • Plan and coordinate project goals, scope, budget, and schedule.
  • Oversee contract preparation and management with stakeholders.
  • Monitor construction progress, ensuring adherence to schedule and budget.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to maintain quality standards.
  • Track expenses and manage budgets to prevent cost overruns.
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks, ensuring safety compliance.
  • Serve as the primary contact for project communication.
  • Address issues and conflicts promptly to keep projects on track.

Your Background

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in project management, preferably in real estate.
  • Proven track record of managing large-scale capital projects.
  • Strong understanding of contract management and construction processes.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to manage budgets and track project expenses effectively.
