HR Business Partner 80 – 100% (f/m/d)

The opportunity  

As a key player in our HR team, you will drive the implementation of HR priorities in alignment with the Hub Europe and Business Unit Transformers people strategy. Your role will involve overseeing and executing HR processes within your area of responsibility, ensuring compliance with global and local standards, and fostering a collaborative partnership between employees, HR, and managers.  

You will also be responsible for applying collective agreements, advising stakeholders, and sharing best practices across the organization. With your strong background in Human Resources Management and excellent communication skills, you will contribute to building a positive workplace culture and driving organizational success. 

How you’ll make an impact 

  • Implement HR priorities in alignment with the Hub Europe and Business Unit Transformers people strategy, focusing on culture, people, and organization 

  • Utilize the existing HR solution portfolio or introduce new solutions where necessary 

  • Oversee the implementation of HR processes within your area of responsibility, providing on-site support, follow-up, and advice 

  • Execute all HR processes within your area, including workforce planning, succession planning, performance management, talent management, remuneration, and other relevant processes 

  • Ensure the proper application of collective agreements, and inform managers, employees, or unions about their rights and obligations 

  • Represent HR in the workplace, fostering partnerships between employees, HR, and managers 

  • Implement and ensure compliance with global and local standards, rules, tools, policies, and processes related to operations or project execution 

  • Establish and drive internal and external networks with the HR community to facilitate best practice sharing and benchmarking 

Your background  

  • A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field, a Master's degree is a plus 

  • At least 5 years of experience in Human Resources Management is necessary 

  • Experience in an HR department within a production company is preferred 

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills are essential, along with the ability to work effectively in a complex matrix organization and international environment 

  • Strong decision-making, problem-solving, and analytical skills are required, combined with the ability to coach and advise various stakeholders 

  • Fluency in Italian and English is required, while proficiency in German is considered an advantage 

  • A solid understanding of performance management, training and development, and employee Labor relations is crucial
