Maintenance engineer intern

Your responsibilities:

  • You will be responsible for daily maintenance implementation and machine/utilities performance monitoring.
  • You will be responsible for TPM / PM systematic management and development.
  • You will be responsible for failure analysis and quick troubleshooting.
  • You will be responsible for implementing effective RCA to improve maintenance operations.
  • You will be responsible for setting up effective KPIs to improve maintenance performance continuously.
  • You will be responsible for improving equipment/utilities availability.
  • You will be responsible for improving production efficiency, quality, safety, etc. by optimizing equipment operation, with support from the process engineer, technical engineer, etc. 
  • You will be responsible for energy saving and management and security system management.
  • You will be responsible for equipment and facilities investment projects management.
  • You will be responsible for maintenance related to the building or construction area.

Your background:

  • You hold a Bachelor’s degree in electrical or mechanical engineering.
  • More than 2 years’ maintenance experience in related industry, familiar with CNC and Test equipment is preferred.
  • Understanding of the applicable production process.
  • Detailed Understanding of Failure Analysis Techniques.
  • Very good electrical safety sense and full understanding of electrical safety rules, AUTOCAD, PLC (Mitsubishi; Siemens, OMRON), and FANUC CNC experiences are preferred.
  • LV & and HV electricity operation certifications are preferred.
  • Good knowledge of the type and routine tests of LV motors is a plus.
  • Well, knows about construction and building area.
  • Proficiency in both spoken & and written English language is required.
