Planning and Fulfilment Analyst

The Opportunity

Drives the creation and optimization of master production schedules by translating sales forecasts into actionable plans, ensuring schedule adherence, analyzing demand and supply, resolving production issues, and leveraging advanced reporting tools for data-driven decision-making.
 

How you’ll make an impact:

  • Utilizes planning systems to translate consolidated sales forecasts into actionable master production and build schedules, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives;
  • Summarizes and analyzes daily, weekly, and monthly master schedules for released and firm planned orders, comparing them to the overall production plan to ensure compliance with Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) policies;
  • Monitors schedule adherence and promptly communicates any scheduling issues or concerns to management for resolution;
  • Develops a comprehensive understanding of company products and processes to optimize schedule stability, order creation, rescheduling, and load-leveling;
  • Conducts demand and supply analysis, identifies imbalances, evaluates alternatives, and recommends corrective actions for management approval;
  • Notifies management when demand cannot be met and provides recommendations on alternative solutions to fulfill customer requirements;
  • Supports management in resolving issues related to late shipments, material shortages, customer schedule changes, and order cancellations;
  • Prepares and distributes reports highlighting operational levels and potential production issues, based on detailed and aggregate capacity analyses; establishes and tracks key performance indicators for planning accuracy, performs root cause analysis, and leads improvements in planning methods, tools, and reporting;
  • Develops and utilizes advanced reporting tools such as Power BI, Celonis or ERP integrated dashboards to automate data analyses, visualize key metrics and streamline communication of planning insights to stakeholders .

Your background:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Management, Science, Business Analytics, Computer Sciences  or a related field;
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Power BI, Excel or similar software;
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail;
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills;
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
  • Knowledge of supply chain processes and best practices;
  • Proficiency in SAP/S4Hana is an advantage.
