The opportunity

Join Hitachi Energy as a Commercial support and be an expert. This role allows you to gain in-depth knowledge of the market and provide our clients with the best-in-class product. You'll play a crucial role in making a significant impact on our business growth and customer satisfaction. How you’ll make an impact

  • You will ensure the resolution of customer issues (e.g., order, technical, payment) by coordinating with Sales Operations, Supply Chain Management, and other internal and/or external teams. 

  • You will coordinate the resolution with After-Sales Service and/or Spare Parts teams.

  • You will recommend an appropriate solution for customer requests, and coordinates with related teams to ensure the complete handling of the request (e.g. order creating, scheduling, resourcing, invoice and final close) is in place.

  • You will proactively inform customers about issue status based on inputs and clarifies any questions. Ensures a positive customer experience throughout the entire process.

  • You will prepare and analyze regular statistics (e.g. forecast) using available tools and collecting relevant information.

  • You will track regular target performance and provide results for management.

  • You will participate in internal control testing and prepare relevant documentation.

  • Living core values of safety and integrity, which means taking responsibility for your own actions while caring for your colleagues and the business.

Your background

  • Bachelor's degree or above, in Order Management field is a plus

  • You hold with 3-5 years’ experience in infrastructure business in industry.

  • Proficient in IT systems & application: ERP (SAP SD/PS), MS Office

  • Able to communicate effectively

  • Able to be flexible and work in a team environment.

  • Thinking and acting systematically.
