R&D Reliability Engineer

The opportunity

How you’ll make an impact

  • You will conduct reliability analysis calculations.

  • You will develop product reliability test plans and support in reliability testing.

  • You will optimize product reliability, establish testing criteria.

  • You will participate in FMEA (Failure Mode and Effects Analysis), identify key failure modes, and propose improvement plans.

  • You will use test data and simulation analysis to optimize product design and manufacturing processes, enhancing product reliability.

  • You will collaborate with R&D, testing, and production teams to promote the application of Design for Reliability (DFR) in product development and production process control.

  • You will be responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

Your background

  • You hold a master's degree or above in Reliability Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, Electronic Engineering, or related fields.

  • Over 3 years of experience in reliability-related work, with complete reliability testing project experience (such as accelerated life testing, reliability prediction, stress analysis, etc.).

  • Experience in industries such as power electronics, new energy (e.g., photovoltaics, energy storage), or automotive electronics is plus.

  • Proficient in statistical data analysis, with preference for those skilled in using Minitab, or relevant tools.

  • Self-motivated, structured and systematic thinking, strong result-driven, high quality and high-speed player.

  • Strong interpersonal communication skill, Fluent English.
