Experienced Project Planner

The Opportunity:

Lead planning, scheduling, and cost control efforts for all project phases. Maintain and analyze actual and forecasted schedules, costs, and risks. Monitor, repor,t and manage deviations.

How You'll Make an Impact:

  • Ensures projects follow sound methodology and execution practices in accordance with internal standard procedures.

  • Ensures that an integrated schedule and cost control performance measurement process for the project’s entire scope of work is provided.

  • Analyzes project requirements with the project team, ensuring that all essential work activities are identified in sufficient detail to serve as a basis for developing realistic project schedules.

  • Defines, jointly with the project team, the project work and cost breakdown structure, and develops and maintains properly linked, resource-loaded/integrated baselines and current schedules that provide time-phased baseline, actual, and forecast data for the project.

  • Monitors project progress and regularly analyzes project critical paths to ensure all critical path activities and project milestones are progressed to the plan, notifies Project Managers of any deviations or scheduling issues, and provides input for optimizing resources.

  • Responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines

Your Background:

  • Engineering professional with 3 - 5 years of experience in similar roles.

  • Advanced English and Spanish level (mandatory)

  • Advanced Primavera P6 (mandatory)

  • MS Project management (mandatory)

  • Power BI (desirable)

  • Organizational and planning skills

  • Assertive communication

  • Ability to work in a multicultural team

  • Ability to work under pressure
