Warehouse Assistant -McAllen

The Opportunity

We are looking for a Warehouse Assistant (McAllen) to help design and optimize warehouse layouts, streamline processes, and ensure efficient operations. In this role, you’ll contribute to maximizing space utilization, improving product flow, and supporting a lean, safety-focused environment.

How You’ll Make an Impact

  • Maintain and observe safety rules at all times.

  • Enter data accurately into systems and operate scanners efficiently.

  • Control documentation in reception and shipping areas.

  • Report discrepancies in receipts and shipments to the Import and Export team.

  • Coordinate inventory of consumable materials and manage document archiving.

  • Communicate clearly with supervisors and team members.

  • Support process improvements for warehouse efficiency.

  • Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

Your Background

  • Minimum high school education.

  • Legal working age.

  • Experience in data entry and file management.

  • Proficiency in handling portable scanners.

  • Knowledge of inventory counts and SAP system.

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
