People Analytics Specialist

The opportunity:

 

We are seeking a highly skilled and dynamic People Analytics Specialist to join our team at a senior level. The ideal 
candidate will have advanced analytical and technical expertise in building dashboards and reports, leveraging 
various data sources such as EDP, data lakes, and APIs for systems like Workday. This role requires strong 
experience in Power BI, proficiency in Python for building predictive models, and a solid understanding of HR 
analytics to deliver actionable insights. Additionally, the candidate must excel in project management and stakeholder 
management.

 

How you’ll make an impact:

 

  • Design and develop advanced dashboards and visualizations using Power BI and other analytics tools.
  • Integrate data from various sources (EDP, data lakes, APIs, Workday) for seamless reporting.
  • Use Python to create predictive models for employee insights and workforce planning.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver impactful analytics solutions.
  • Manage projects effectively, ensuring timely delivery of analytics initiatives.
  • Communicate insights and recommendations clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Demonstrate strong stakeholder management skills to build and maintain effective relationships.
  • Support day-to-day standard and ad-hoc Workday reports for stakeholders globally.
  • Responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

Your Background:

 

  • Qualification of bachelor’s or master’s degree preferred.
  • Experience of 5 – 8 years into Project & stakeholder management.
  • Proven experience in Power BI, EDP, and data lake integrations.
  • Proficiency in Python for advanced analytics and predictive modeling.
  • Strong stakeholder management and presentation skills.
  • Prior experience in core analytics is a must; HR analytics is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in both spoken & written English language is required.
