Internship – HR Global Compensation with Japanese

The opportunity

We are seeking Japanese-speaking Intern to join Global Compensation team to support Global HR project implementation. In this role you will work closely with Global HR Teams and Managers and communicate with Japanese-speaking stakeholders. This role is suitable for students of Japanese studies who want to gain experience in an international HR environment.

How you'll make a difference

  • Participate in compensation projects (preparing communication and training materials, coordinating and involvement in project calls and meetings)

  • Communicate with Japanese-speaking HR Teams and Managers

  • Participate in the implementation of compensation and grading standards

  • Follow, review, and update project documentation and materials

Your background 

  • You are a university student

  • Proficiency in written and spoken Japanese, very good command of English

  • Interest in Human Resources and a willingness to learn

  • Strong communication skills

  • Proactive approach with good attention to detail and organizational skills

  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office, Excel

  • Comfortable working remotely in a virtual team, in an international environment and across diverse cultures
