R&D Project Manager – Vaga afirmativa para Pessoa com Deficiência

The Opportunity

You will join the R&D team, leading product and technology development projects for dry-type transformers.

How You’ll Make an Impact
  • Plan, implement and deliver new technology and product developments for dry-type transformers.
  • Lead product development efforts with focus on quality, timelines and technical excellence.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure project requirements and schedules are met.
  • Establish effective communication plans and manage change requests.
  • Promote the dry-type transformer portfolio internally and externally.
  • Provide market insights and proposals for future developments.
  • Develop and expand relationships with stakeholders, universities and partners.
  • Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures and guidelines.

Your Background
  • Degree in Electrical Engineering.
  • Experience in Project Management (required).
  • PMI/PMBOK certification (a plus).
  • Advanced English (required); Spanish (a plus).
  • Knowledge of MS Project and Office Suite.
  • Knowledge of transformers (a plus).
