The opportunity:
Hitachi Energy, High Voltage Products is implementing Digital solutions to improve efficiency and quality. These are cloud-based solutions that will be used by all manufacturing units within the business unit.

How you’ll make an impact

  • Provide technical support to clients and internal teams. Handle day to day service requests.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to software systems.

  • Document and communicate solutions to clients and internal teams.

  • Maintain and improve a list of standard operating procedures. Collaborate with developers to identify and resolve software bugs.

  • Ensure software systems are up to date and functioning properly.

  • Contribute to the product development during testing, release and hyper-care of new functionality as required.

  • Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

Your background:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or re lasted field.

  • 4-6 years of experience in technical support or development.

  • Experience working in application using Net Core, Web API, C#, MS SQL.

  • Exposure to MuleSoft, SAP, HTML, CSS, and gular will be added advantage.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
