How you’ll make an impact

1. You will develop Hydraulic Spring Operating Mechanism for High Voltage Circuit-breakers to meet all requirements for functionality, performance, reliability, serviceability, cost and manufacturability.

2. You will engage in product development processes, including concept, design, prototype, test, documentation, supplier interfaces, manufacturing introduction and service support, also collaborate with cross-functions in design and solution development, including product management, quality, production operation, SCM...

3. You will closely communicate/cooperate with other R&D engineers locally and globally

4. You will design and create 3D models and 2D drawings proficiently, perform tolerance chain calculation and kinematic chain analysis and perform or check mechanical calculation or simulation.

5. You will conduct design review, including DFMEA/DFM/DFA and conduct quality case (e.g. hydraulic leakage, mechanical) root cause analysis with solid hydraulic and mechanical knowledge.

6. You will be responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

Your background

1. You hold a master's degree or above in Mechanical engineering or other related majors.

2. Good knowledge of hydraulic systems, e.g. pumps, valves, actuator, sealing, etc.

3. Experienced with manufacturing and fabrication processes, more than 3-year-experience mechanical design.

4. Rich experience in mechanical design and good skills with CAD tools like Creo, SolidWorks and experienced at tolerance chain calculation and kinematic chain analysis.

4. Familiar with metal material properties and experienced in selection.

5. Self-motivated, innovative, structured and systematic thinking, good communication skills and team spirit.

6. Strong result-driven, high quality and high speed player, excellent learning ability is required.

7. Good oral/writing English preferred. Oversea experience is a plus.
