I am proud to be Power Grids because my work is stimulating, and my team is caring.

In Power Consulting, many of the studies we perform are geared towards integrating renewable generation and modernizing the grid. Our global journey towards a sustainable energy future involves a responsible evaluation of all the technical and economic impacts. I am glad to be part of a team that is performing that service every day.

I love the creativity involved in the work I do. Since many of the challenges we encounter with our customers have no plug-and-chug answers, we help develop new sustainable solutions that factor in the technical and economic needs of our clients.

Aside from an exciting line of work, I am grateful for the empowering work culture in our organization. The best part about the Power Consulting culture is everyone’s selflessness. My colleagues are willing to support each other, even when the solution might be outside their realm of responsibility. I think that stems from a genuine interest in seeing everyone be successful. I have learned so much from colleagues and projects about accounting for harmonics, subsynchronous frequencies, controls, reserves, dynamic responses, and many more.

I am all set to learn more and contribute more to the organization, especially as we embark on an exciting future together with Hitachi.  The future of Power Grids with Hitachi excites me, as it certainly opens the door for both organizations to continue growing in how we create value and engage our customers.
