Knowing that my responsibilities contribute to providing a greener power grid solution to our cutomers, I am motivated to work every day at Power Grids. I take pride in being part of a team that works on the power grid integration solutions and substation to integrate more renewables (wind and solar) and replace fossil fuels with mainly wind and solar power. We also work on stabilizing climate change by reducing net emissions of carbon dioxide to zero. It is inspiring to be part of an organization that works towards a sustainable energy future.

Aside from believing in the company’s vision, what makes it more meaningful to work in our company is the culture rooted in teamwork. At Power Grids, it is empowering to witness the collaborative effort of everyone to achieve our common goal, which is to bring more to our customers. We also recognize the challenges that come with blending individual talents and personalities.
