Reducing Waste Across Our Sites
Within our key manufacturing facilities that are in scope of our EAP27 target, 47 of 67 sites have achieved zero-waste-to-landfill status. At one site, a co-funded grinder now turns nearly 20 tons of plastic waste per quarter into feedstock for a downstream refinery instead of a landfill. Roughly 60% of what we procure by spend is metals or oils, materials that are generally considered recyclable.

Every Liter Counts
Protecting natural resources means setting ambitious goals and exceeding them. At our 22 manufacturing sites situated in water-stressed regions, we targeted a 3.7% improvement in freshwater withdrawal intensity and achieved 22.75%, demonstrating how focused action can deliver meaningful water conservation.
Sharing the Ground We Build On
Building for the future also means protecting the natural environments around us. Our Biodiversity and Ecosystem Protection Standard helps sites plan and implement biodiversity initiatives responsibly. To better understand our impacts on nature, we assessed biodiversity relevance and ecosystem sensitivity across 100 sites selected for climate risk assessment. It's a commitment to safeguarding the ecosystems that surround our operations today and for the future.
