Powered by a Global Workforce
Every generation helps build the next. Our workforce of 57,577 employees spans 170 nationalities across 67 countries, bringing together a wide range of experiences and perspectives. In FY25, 40% of new hires joined at an early stage in their careers, developing the skills and expertise needed to help lead the next chapter of electrification.
Reducing HSE Risk Across Our Sites
A strong safety culture is built on identifying and addressing risks before they become incidents. Our Three Lines of Defense model is designed to manage risk early, supported by 156 HSE audits conducted worldwide. In FY25, recordable injury frequency was 24% lower than in FY19, while severity rates improved year over year.
