The Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Specialist Professional to join our team of experts in the electricity sector. This role is ideal for someone passionate about delivering strategic advisory projects for major players in the industry.

In this position, you'll address complex regulatory, economic, and operational challenges, leveraging innovative solutions to drive impactful outcomes. You'll collaborate closely with both internal and external stakeholders, nurturing long-term relationships while supporting business growth.

Joining our team means working on high-impact projects, mastering cutting-edge tools like PSSE, Power Factory, and PSCAD, and contributing to pioneering research and development initiatives.

How You’ll Make an Impact

  • Lead advisory projects for major electricity sector agents, delivering actionable insights.

  • Identify opportunities for consulting business and build a robust information network.

  • Develop and propose R&D projects with well-defined scopes and budgets.

  • Drive successful outcomes for transactions, contracts, and proposals using advanced sales techniques.

  • Conduct risk assessments and ensure delivery aligns with contract terms.

  • Enhance processes and tools through advanced techniques and coaching of team members.

  • Manage complex projects and processes with minimal oversight.

  • Support contract management activities and follow-up on new products/solutions.

Your Background

  • Master degree, PhD. in a relevant field with substantial experience in the electricity sector.

  • Over 3 years of relevant experience as energy consultant.

  • Proven expertise in tools like PSSE, Power Factory, PSCAD and ETAP and other development tools as Python.

  • Strong understanding of regulatory, economic, and operational challenges in the electricity market.

  • Experience participating in large-scale projects with multidisciplinary teams.
