Executive Diploma Trainee - Field Service

Your Responsibilities

  • Function: Cater services for all Power Quality Products and Solutions
  • Scope: Before Tendering and After Sales Services
  • Work Area: Within India and Overseas sites on case to case basis
  • Deputation Location: DBR, Bangalore
  • Products & Solutions: C&F, APFC, HPFC, SVC, FSC, STATCOM, DYNACOM, AHF, AIP.
  • Customer Relations: Contributes customer satisfaction by executing service work according to customer order and expectation. Create and maintains good relationship with customer and identifies new sales opportunities.
  • HSE: ABRA preparation, applies safety rules and safety practices as well as environmental responsibilities. Electrical safety (10 LSR), necessary PPEs knowledge.
  • Strategic Leadership: Coordinate with Operations, SCM and project management personnel for deliverables on daily basis.
  • Projects: Handle green field projects independently including civil, installation, testing and commissioning.
  • Continuous Improvement: Good inter-personnel skills, flexible Job demands, travelling.
  • Communication: Customer handling skills, coordination/communication skills for taking support from cross functional team member to address the customer urgency.
  • Visit to customer site to attend customer call/address customer complaint.
  • Investigation of failure mode, data collection and analysis.
  • Conduct harmonic measurement and study as and when necessary.
  • Health checkup of existing install equipment’s under AMC
  • Prepare RCA/8D reports of customer complaints.
  • Prepare ABRA, FQP, Bar chart based on project requirement.
  • Perform Installation checks, Testing of all equipment’s through suitable instruments & commissioning.
  • Signing of performance report and collecting feedback & appreciation certificate from customer.
  • Site learning feedback convey to respective functions for improvement action in weekly call.                                                                                  
  • Coordination with factory for attending material and other warranty related issues.

Your background:

  • Diploma In Electrical & Electronics Engineering (EEE) with aggregate >7.5
  • Excellent soft skills and basic knowledge of all Microsoft applications.
  • Preferably resident of North/Western part of India.
  • Dedicated, focused, innovative and energetic personality.
  • Proficiency in both spoken & written English language is required.
