Business Title Information System Project Manager

The opportunity

The Business Title Information System Project Manager will be responsible for driving and managing internal projects within the organization. This role requires strong leadership, meticulous planning, and effective communication skills to ensure that projects are completed on time, within scope, and aligned with the company's strategic goals.

How you’ll make an impact

  • Project Planning and Coordination: Develop comprehensive project plans that outline key activities, timelines, and resource requirements. 
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Identify and involve relevant stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle. 
  • Progress Monitoring and Reporting: Track and monitor project progress against established milestones and objectives. 
  • Governance and Compliance: Establish and maintain project governance structures to ensure effective decision-making and accountability. 
  • Risk Management: Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies. 
  • Team Leadership and Development: Lead, motivate, and support project teams to achieve project goals and objectives.

Your background

  • You have a Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field. 
  • Proven experience in managing internal projects within a corporate environment, ability to inspire and guide project teams towards achieving common goals.
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to engage stakeholders and present project updates. 
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and organizational skills to manage project documentation, schedules, and resources.
