The Opportunity
HVDC is looking for 4 motivated new team members, and you have a great opportunity to join our international team and contribute to a safer more sustainable future as a HSE Specialist in one of the following focus areas:
 

  • Internal audits - Lead and conduct HSE audits in accordance with international, internal, and local standards
  • Incident investigations - Carry out incident investigations and support the organization in following the incident management process
  • Tenders & projects - Support tender activities and promote HSE in HVDC Service project execution
  • Production & testing - Ensure compliance with HSE standards in GI Valves operations

How you´ll make an impact

  • Drive and promote a strong HSE & Sustainability culture
  • Take on an expert role in the HSE field
  • Support the HSE management system including relevant documents and processes
  • Drive initiatives and follow up on HSE targets
  • Train, coach and support managers and employees on HSE actions and compliance
  • Analyze and work with global HSE performance, gather data and identify trends, risks and improvement opportunities
  • Support compliance with local and international HSE requirements and standards

Your background

  • University degree (Bachelor or Master) in Occupational Health and Safety, HSE or related field
  • 5+ years' experience in HSE roles
  • Strong communication and influencing skills across all organizational levels
  • Fluent in English and Swedish (written and spoken).
  • Competent in ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 50001
  • Competent in international HSE legislation.
