The Opportunity

The HUB Industrial Engineering Manager will lead the industrial engineering function across multiple manufacturing sites within the region, ensuring operational excellence, process standardization, and strategic alignment with global business objectives. This role will co-ordinate a team of industrial engineers and collaborate with cross-functional units—including operations, HSE, and investment project teams—to drive initiatives that enhance productivity, safety, and sustainability. The HUB Industrial Engineering Manager will also be accountable for monitoring large-scale investment projects, implementing advanced digital tools for performance tracking, and delivering continuous improvement solutions across diverse production environments ranging from manual assembly lines to highly automated 24/7 facilities.
 

How you´ll make an impact

  • Lead and coordinate regional industrial engineering activities, ensuring best practices are implemented across all manufacturing sites.
  • Oversee and support the monitoring and execution of investment projects, including capacity expansions, equipment upgrades, and automation initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain KPIs and dashboards to track operational performance, project progress, and cost management.
  • Standardize processes and drive digitalization in data collection and performance analysis across the HUB.
  • Collaborate with global and regional stakeholders to align on strategic investments and operational goals.
  • Work closely with HSE functions to design and implement sustainable and safe operational solutions.
  • Fosters sharing of best practices and is the owner of the industrial best practice handbook
  • Overview of required future manufacturing capabilities
  • Proposes and oversees the industrial investments across the HUB

Your Background

  • First and foremost, your personal qualities are vital for success! You have great leadership skills, never doubt acting and continuously seek knowledge and answers.
  • Higher education in engineering/technical.
  • Experience in manufacturing operations roles and experience in industrial engineering in advance and automated manufacturing plants
  • ERP knowledgeable, SAP preferred
  • Understanding of BOM structures
  • Required good communication skills and a team player.
  • Fluency in Swedish and English, both written and spoken
  • Be able to work in a regional environment and being willing and able to travel
