Integrity in Practice
Strong governance begins with shared standards. In FY25, 98% of enrolled employees completed integrity training, while 430 Integrity on the Business Agenda discussions reinforced ethical decision-making across teams. We also continued to strengthen our ISO 37001 Anti-Bribery Management System program, adding certifications for Colombia and Indonesia during the year.
How Quality Becomes Culture
Quality is built through consistent habits and continuous improvement. As part of our global quality management approach, quality audits are conducted on a three-year cycle. Employees also apply Ochibo Hiroi, a Hitachi practice focused on learning from quality issues in manufactured products and continuously improving performance.
Protecting an Increasingly Connected Grid
As electricity systems become more digital, cybersecurity becomes increasingly important to reliability and resilience. Our Industrial Cybersecurity Program spans more than 30 countries and is underpinned by global ISO/IEC 27001 certification covering more than 70 countries and 340 sites, IEC 62443 certifications across products, systems, engineering, and service operations, alongside a Platinum CyberVadis rating.
Responsibility Throughout the Value Chain
The impacts of electrification extend beyond our own operations. Today, 100% of newly qualified suppliers are assessed against environmental and social criteria, while responsible minerals due diligence has expanded to cover copper, lithium, graphite, nickel, and rare earth elements.
