High Voltage Site Service Engineer

The opportunity

Our Service offerings empower customers & partners to holistically manage the asset lifecycle—from start-of-life (e.g., Install & Commission), through services designed to strengthen operational-life (e.g., Upgrade, Repair & Extend), to end-of-life activities (e.g., Replace & Decommission).

How you’ll make an impact

1. You will be focused on providing technical advice to customers including Installation and commissioning work on site, and instruct customer with using and overhauling our company’s products to insure its reliable operation.
2. You will be researching, evaluating, and recommending new products or equipment upgrades that will meet customer needs.

3. You will be developing on-going relationships with customers to secure future service business. Cooperate with our service sale’s engineer to popularize Hitachi Energy service products.

4. You will be responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

5. Living Hitachi Energy’s core values of safety and integrity, which means taking responsibility for your own actions while caring for your colleagues and the business.

Your background

1. You hold a bachelor's or above degree on electrical engineering, automation or related major is required.

2. Be mastered with professional knowledge of electric system, and relay protection.
3. Familiar with the installation and commissioning of HV product, and secondary parts.
4. Willingness for on business trip for a long period of time.

5. Good commend of both written and oral English.
