The opportunity

Hitachi Energy Transformer Business Unit in Greater China operates across 55 cities, employs over 1,900 staff, and manages 5 transformer manufacturing plants. More than 90% of its sales come from locally manufactured products. We offer a comprehensive portfolio of Transformers Products, Solutions and Services.  Transformers are essential in all electricity-related fields and applications, including power generation, transmission and distribution, oil, chemical and gas, industrial manufacturing, semiconductor and data centers, as well as building and transportation sectors. Nearly half of our white-collar workforce comprises employees in engineering and scientific fields. Internally, we have targeted talent development programs for employees at different stages of their career development to build skills and competencies, foster training, support people to own career development, scale up organization for growth and execution.

How you’ll make an impact

  • You will collect and cascade market information, analyze and deal with it and report upwards work out actions according to the such information maintain current market share and  develop new markets.

  • You will analyze cost before quotation and be involved in price confirmation, quote and contact with the law of CNPG to write and edit the bidding document and contracts.

  • You will participant in project commercial negotiation as well as project risk review, ultimately signed a sales contract with customers, create sales orders in system, manage the original sales contract and submitted COR, OCS, CCP etc. report to headquarters of CNPG.

  • You will support other relevant activity of sales and marketing.

  • You will be responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

Your background

  • You hold a full-time bachelor degree or above.

  • Sales and marketing or project management working experience or maintenance is preferred.

  • Major in mechanical design, manufacturing and automation, can use AutoCAD software, can apply Pro/E, UG or other similar design software.

  • Language Skill- at least Passed CET-4. Computer Skill- Passed the computer Level 2 examination.

  • Personality- Good communication and team player and willing to learn and improve.

  • Comply with national regulations of employment age, no gender restrictions.
