IT Data Services Expert

The Opportunity:

We are looking for a skilled and passionate IT Data Services Expert to join our team at Hitachi Energy. In this role, you will drive the operational implementation of configuration management processes and controls including OT or Operational Technology domain, supporting agile development in the data domain. You will leverage ServiceNow capabilities across OT, CMDB, CSDM, and ITOM, ensuring data integrity, governance, and alignment with organizational standards. How You'll Make an Impact:

• Lead the implementation and optimization of ServiceNow modules for data management and configuration, specifically OT or Operational Technology.
• Ensure compliance with corporate data governance standards and frameworks.
• Support agile delivery, acting as Business Analyst or Solution Architect as needed.
• Oversee the end-to-end process from idea intake to release management.
• Manage and engage stakeholders across technical teams and IT leadership.
• Promote innovation by introducing new ServiceNow features and supporting quick prototypes.
• Document enhancements, user stories, and contribute to knowledge management.

Your Background:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in ServiceNow-related configuration or data management.
• Proficiency with ServiceNow Data suite (OT, ITOM, CMDB, CSDM).
• Familiarity with OT systems and integration strategies.
• Strong understanding of enterprise data and configuration management frameworks.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to drive cross-functional initiatives and teams.
• Fluent English is a must.
