The opportunity

You will join a diverse and supportive team of seven engineers. You create precise dimensional drawings for our generatorswitchgear systems. You play a key role in ensuring safe and efficient plant operation. You grow through close collaboration with experienced colleagues and hands‑on product work. How you’ll make an impact

• Create customer‑specific dimensional drawings for generator switchgear systems

• Use project and technical selection forms as your basis

• Maintain and improve dimensional drawing templates independently

• Update configurations and expand programming logic

• Ensure efficient and high‑quality project drawings

• Check technical order data and order bills for project design

• Support and train our design apprentice

• Collaborate actively within the engineering team

Your background

• Completed apprenticeship as Konstrukteur*in EFZ

• Strong German and English skills, spoken and written

• Experience with mechanical or electrical machinery, or strong willingness to learn

• Independent, results‑driven work style with high quality awareness

• Communicative personality with interest in global collaboration

• Motivated to grow and contribute in a team setting
