Production Operator 80 - 100% (f/m/d)

The opportunity

In this role, you will be an essential part of our production team within the electromechanical and transformer environment. You will perform assembly and production tasks along the manufacturing line and contribute to high product quality and efficient processes. Working in a structured environment, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth operations and continuous improvement.

How you will make an impact

• Assemble electromechanical components using hand and power tools

• Perform manual tasks and production line activities according to work instructions

• Read and interpret technical drawings, specifications, and assembly instructions

• Conduct quality inspections on semi-finished and finished products and identify deviations

• Document and report discrepancies and quality issues

• Follow all HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) guidelines and report non-compliance

• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace

• Collaborate with team members and support the training of new employees

Your background

• Previous experience in industrial production, ideally in an electromechanical environment

• Good manual skills with a precise and reliable working style

• Basic ability to read and understand technical drawings and instructions

• Basic knowledge of Italian or English

• Willingness to work in shifts (if required)

• Team-oriented mindset with a strong sense of responsibility and safety awareness
