How you’ll make an impact

1. You will lead HV HMB team on the product development for SF6 and EconiQ Product portfolio.

2. You will understand the role of product design and product development in the R&D project.

3. You will understand the process of product development and relevant tools/methods including DFMEA/DFM/DFA.

4. You support in DFA/DFM/DFMEA Mastery of relevant testing and standard during HV Circuit Breaker development.

5. You support the project preparation, resource coordination and planning.

6. You will be responsible for team member development and career mentoring.

7. You will be responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

Your background

1. You hold a Master degree or above in Mechanical or Electrical engineering or other related majors.

2. 5 years and above R&D Experience and includes 2 years of Circuit breaker development experience in key roles.

3. Solid knowledge on HV CB theory and development, deep understanding of the correlation between mechanical, insulation, switching, heat transfer performance, etc.

4. Self-motivated, innovative, structured and systematic thinking, good communication skills and team spirit.

5. Strong result-driven, high quality and high-speed execution and show leadership.

6. Good oral, writing, listening English preferred.
