The opportunity

Hitachi Energy Transformer Business Unit in Greater China operates across 55 cities, employs over 1,900 staff, and manages 5 transformer manufacturing plants. More than 90% of its sales come from locally manufactured products. We offer a comprehensive portfolio of Transformers Products, Solutions and Services.  Transformers are essential in all electricity-related fields and applications, including power generation, transmission and distribution, oil, chemical and gas, industrial manufacturing, semiconductor and data centers, as well as building and transportation sectors.
 
Nearly half of our white-collar workforce comprises employees in engineering and scientific fields. How you will make an impact

1. You will develop and implement innovative market strategies to drive Hitachi Energy's growth, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective execution also conduct comprehensive market research to uncover industry trends and customer needs, providing actionable insights and recommendations to capitalize on opportunities.

2. You will manage demand and market coverage for the business unit, overseeing third-party, internal sales, and channel outreach to meet budgetary and strategic goals also lead the bid and proposal process to secure favorable terms in negotiations, maintaining meticulous documentation of all updates and managing the project pipeline.

3. You will serve as the primary representative in negotiations and contract management, effectively steering discussions and securing agreements favorable to Hitachi Energy also drive sales initiatives geared towards achieving ambitious revenue targets, actively identifying and pursuing new business opportunities while nurturing key customer relationships.

4. You will collaborate with marketing teams to strategically position products in the market, coordinating successful product launches and promotional activities also cultivate and maintain robust relationships with stakeholders, acting as the main point of contact for all market-related inquiries and ensuring effective communication, create and implement effective go-to-market marketing and communication strategies to enhance awareness and positioning of Hitachi Energy products and solutions.

5. You will develop and oversee the regional marketing and communication plan to align with regional business objectives and ensure synergy with overall company strategies also plan and execute marketing and communication initiatives, fostering customer engagement and supporting sales enablement across the organization.

6. You will be responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

Your background

1. You hold a bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

2. Minimum of [5] years of experience in marketing, sales, or business development.

3. Proficiency in CRM software, data analysis tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.

4. Ability to develop and implement effective market strategies that align with broader business objectives and adapt to changing market conditions.

5. Strong ability to analyze data and market trends to identify opportunities, make informed decisions, and drive business growth.

6. Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey strategies, reports, and presentations to various stakeholders.
