5. You will learn about the relevant business or product line within your rotations and take ownership of and complete engaging projects within the rotation timeframe.

6. You will engage with supervisors and mentors to develop your technical and leadership skills, examples of rotations include application engineering, research & development, project management, design engineering, process engineering, supply chain, production supervisor, software development and engineering, business development, operations, technical sales and marketing, and more.

7. You will be responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

Your background

1. You hold a bachelor's degree.

2. We require candidate with STEM background is mandatory and graduate within 2 years (not earliest than April 2024).

3. ​Who is willing to relocate for 3 rotations across global – relocation assistance is provided.

4. Aspire to promote the progress and development of global sustainable energy.

5. Proficiency in English speaking and writing skill.
