The Opportunity: 

To strengthen our Inbound Delivery Team, we are looking for a highly skilled and dynamic Inbound Delivery Team Leader to oversee the Inbound Delivery Notes process within an assigned geographical scope.

In this role, you will lead a team of IBD Specialists and will be responsible not only for day‑to‑day operations, but also for driving Process Stabilization, Continuous Improvement and Automation initiatives.

How you’ll make an impact: 

  • Lead the team of IBD Specialists

  • Manage the flow of day-to-day operations

  • Focus on development opportunities to help Team members grow their knowledge and skills

  • Organize problem-solving meetings with internal stakeholders

  • Build good relationship with Hitachi Energy purchasing & logistics teams as well as direct-material suppliers

  • Set a strategy and monitor progress towards goals

  • Generate reports on team performance and provide regular updates to senior management

  • follow Hitachi Energy’s core values of safety and integrity, which means taking responsibility for your own actions while caring for your colleagues and the business

Your Background: 

  • C1 English, specialized vocabulary

  • Profound knowledge of  S4/Hana is a must

  • Team leading or project leading experience is a plus

  • Vast Experience in Logistics/ Purchasing (> 5 years)

  • Advanced knowledge of Excel for reports preparation & analyzing

  • Continuous Improvement mentality and mindset

  • Excellent communication skills & Presentation skills (data storytelling)

  • Problems management with high ownership

  • Ability to inspire and motivate others to achieve a common goal
