How you will make impact:

  • Supporting day-to-day office activities including: Obtaining and organizing information for use in conferences, speeches, and reports as requested by the PM office team . Editing, proofing, formatting, document design/production, form filling, and data entry.

  • Scheduling/coordinating meetings, diaries, and travel arrangements. Receiving/relaying telephone messages from internal and external sources, managing the time/interaction executives have with internal and external sources Typically this role is required to handle confidential business and personnel information. 

  • PO/PR for purchasing activities in PM office, updates based on PM communications. 

  • Statistical data entry like COPQ, labor hours, Transport Volume, etc based on the PM manager requirements.

  • Projects O&M manuals preparation & updates

  • Invoicing in SAP system for materials, 3rd party invoice submissons to Accounting and follow ups for payments.

  • Customer coordinations  travel & accommodation arrangements, before /during FAT customer daily transfer coordination between factory – customer – 3rd party logistics, visa process Support / follow ups for the factory team, site team & Customers and cargo arrangements, shipping documents, delivery follow ups.

  • Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external & internal regulations, procedures & guidelines.

Your background:

  • Bachelor's degree in related field.

  • Min. 2 years of experience in similar positions.

  • Experience in SAP, Good knowledge of MS Office applications.

  • Strong interpersonal, collaborative & communication skills, self-motivated, customer oriented, multi-tasking, having stress management capability, structured, well organized.

  • Be innovative with the ability to work with cross-functional groups to implement improvements.

  • Very good command of written and spoken English and Turkish.
