How you’ll make an impact

1. You will be responsible for the overall management of the operation department, including project management, planning, logistics and warehousing, after-sales service, production line management, equipment management, lean manufacturing, HSE, continuous improvement and digitalization also ensure full utilization of the available capacity and propose capacity increase/decrease according to marketing and sales forecast.

2. You will be fully responsible for the daily management of the operation department, coordinate project management and after-sales service demand-side information, and coordinate production planning, capacity planning, material control and on-site management to ensure efficient, stable and safe production also formulate team objectives based on the company's business goals, supervise their implementation, and achieve core KPIs such as sales revenue, cash flow, customer satisfaction, company efficiency, unit labor hour cost, on-time delivery rate, labor efficiency, cost savings, and inventory ITO.

3. You will optimize production management, personnel management, production processes, process layout and equipment operation and maintenance, promote lean production, continuous improvement and digital development, so as to improve production efficiency and reduce waste and manufacturing costs.

4. You will coordinate cross-departmental resources, connect with sales, engineering technology, quality, SCM, finance and other departments to ensure the achievement of operational indicators and promote production line process quality improvement and abnormal handling, reduce non-conformity rate, and improve customer satisfaction.

5. You will ensure that the management of occupational health, safety and environment meets national and local regulatory requirements, supervise the implementation of relevant work, avoid the occurrence of serious injury and above accidents, and ensure the continuous improvement of the company's HSE and regularly issue operational data analysis reports to provide a basis for management decisions, and timely adjust operational strategies according to changes in the market and orders.

6. You will be responsible for ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

Your background

1. You hold a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.

2. Experience in people management, People management skills, Staff development.

3. Implementation of company policy, work and quality procedures also implementation of OHS&E policy and procedures.

4. Promote an environment of high level of efficiency, ethics and integrity standards.

5. Knowledge and experience in working with SAP and ERP, and working with PLC and automated equipment.

6. Problem solving and analytical thinking, adaptability.

7. Good English language skills.
