Senior Field Service Engineer

Our Service offerings empower customers & partners to holistically manage the asset lifecycle—from start-of-life (e.g., Install & Commission), through services designed to strengthen operational-life (e.g., Upgrade, Repair & Extend), to end-of-life activities (e.g., Replace & Decommission). How you’ll make an impact You will support troubleshooting on an emergency basis and will follow Hitachi Energy Processes, manuals, instructions, quality standards, and HSE standards. You will have a customer-focused and solution-oriented approach required. You will listen closely to customer requirements and give feedback to the organization to develop new service solutions or opportunities. You will be self-driven and working under your ownership and will be responsible for ensuring Safety on site. You will be socially competent to lead co-workers on-site and will work on-site within Japan or abroad with travel >70-80%. You will be responsible for ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines. Your background You hold a bachelor’s degree. Proficiency in spoken and read English is preferred. More about us Working Conditions and benefits: Working hours: 900-1730 (1hr break).
