How you’ll make an impact You will analyze root cause of product trouble: When product trouble occurs, collect information from Troubleshooting team, Site service team, Engineering team and etc, then analyze root cause of product trouble. You will make reports for root cause of product trouble: To organize root cause of product trouble, and to report to customers, make reports for root causes of product trouble. You will report root cause of product trouble to customers: By using reports and etc, report root cause of product trouble to customer. You will support site investigation work of product trouble: If Site service team cannot go to site due to proper reasons, QA team will support. You will support in quality judge of parts and equipment handled by Service operation unit: If someone asked Service QA for quality judge of parts and equipment handled by Service operation unit, need to judge. You will support the quality judge of NCR (Non-Conformance Report) process: When close NCR, judge it can be closed or not in a view of quality. You will support the quality judge of CCRP (Customer Care Responsible Process) process: When close CCRP, judge it can be closed or not in a view of quality. You will be responsible for ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines. Your background You hold a bachelor’s degree in engineering (electrical or mechanical). General knowledge and a little special knowledge for Transformer. Team operation skills to proceed quality assurance work. Proficiency in business level in verbal and written English.
