Power Apps Developer

The opportunity:

We are looking for an experienced Power BI Developer with strong skills in DAX, M Query, SharePoint and SQL (Gateway) integration. The candidate should be able to build complex KPIs, dashboards, and data models, and have basic working knowledge of Azure Data Factory for data pipeline management.

How you'll make an impact:

• Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards, reports, and data models in alignment with brand guideline, create complex KPIs, performance scorecards, and analytical visualizations for business stakeholders.

• Document dashboards, data models, and processes for future optimization.

• Write optimized DAX measures and M queries for data transformations. Work with SQL databases to extract, clean, and prepare data for analysis.

• Integrate Power BI solutions with SharePoint, including automated refreshes and embedded reports.

• Collaborate with business teams to gather requirements and convert them into scalable BI solutions. Manage dataset refresh schedules, gateway configurations, and performance tuning.

• Work with Azure Data Factory (basic level) for data pipeline creation and scheduled ingestion.

• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and governance across systems.

• Troubleshoot BI issues, data mismatches, and refresh failures.

• You will be responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

Your background:

• You hold a degree in BTech/ MCA.

• 5+ years of Power BI development with strong skills in DAX, M Query, data modeling, SQL, and RLS/OLS security.

• Experience in Power BI–SharePoint integration, complex KPI creation, and large dataset optimization.

• Nice to have: Power Automate, PowerApps, Python/R,  AI/ML concepts ,and Azure analytics tools.

• Power BI Service management including workspace governance, refresh handling, and deployments.

• Basic knowledge of Azure Data Factory and strong cross‑functional communication skills.

• Experience interfacing with platforms like SAP and Salesforce.
