How you’ll make an impact

1. You will assist in the end-to-end recruitment process for both white-collar and blue-collar positions, responsible for candidate follow-up, interview communication, schedule arrangement, and timely confirmation of interview information to ensure smooth and efficient recruitment progress.

2. You will prepare and sort out complete employee onboarding materials in advance, guide new employees to fill in and sign relevant documents strictly in accordance with company regulations, check and verify the completeness and accuracy of all signed files to ensure standardized onboarding procedures.

3. You will sort, organize, update and archive employee personal files and personnel documents regularly, maintain the integrity, standardization and confidentiality of employee archives, and complete file classification and filing work systematically.

4. You will support the daily promotion and implementation of various human resource projects, including data collection, document sorting, material preparation, progress follow-up and other auxiliary work, to ensure the steady advancement of HR projects.

5. You will assist the HR team in handling daily routine administrative work, cooperate with team members to complete various temporary work arrangements, and provide comprehensive auxiliary support for the daily operation of the human resources department.

6. You will be responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

Your background

1. Currently pursuing or holding a bachelor’s degree or above, major in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or related fields is preferred.

2. Possess good English listening, speaking, reading and writing skills, able to proficiently read and sort English documents and communicate in English for daily work.

3. Equipped with excellent interpersonal and communication skills, able to communicate politely and efficiently with candidates and internal staff and coordinate relevant work smoothly.

4. Meticulous, careful and responsible in daily work, with strong attention to detail, able to accurately sort documents and follow up work procedures.

5. Enthusiastic, proactive and willing to help others, with good team spirit and service awareness, able to actively cooperate with the team to complete daily work and project support tasks.

6. Proficiency in both spoken & and written English language is required.
