How you’ll make an impact

1. You will create and maintain the contract and customer information in Reiwa SAP.

2. You will support in GCB project order execution and payment collection, participate the design liaison meeting, control the project progress, project cost control and analysis, project summarize and feedback, project progress management in Reiwa SAP system.

3. You will coordinate for the project material delivery from domestic and oversea suppliers, as the coordinator for site service.

4. You will support the sales for order handling and daily work arranged by manager.

5. You will support in project site quality handling and solution following , improve the customer satisfaction.

6. You will support in project quality handling in warranty period , and handover complete project archival document to after sales service department after warranty period.

7. You will be responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

Your background

1. You hold a bachelor's in International Business, Engineering Management, Mechanical or Electric major.

2. Over 3 years project management experience  , Good knowledge about electric products.

3. Project management certification is preferred.

4. Skillful listening, speaking, reading, writing in English ability, CET-6 or above.

5. Skillful Ms-Word, Excel, PPT, SAP office software.
